Terms of Service

These terms are the contract between you and us. They are written to be read: if something is unclear, write to us and we will clarify it in writing.

01

Who we are and what you accept

VALORA CLOUD LLC, a Florida limited liability company (United States), document no. L26000295448, located in Clearwater, Florida 33764, United States.

By creating an account or using Valora VPN you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

For anything related to this document, privacy requests included: [email protected].

02

What the service is and what it does not promise

Valora VPN encrypts your device traffic with WireGuard® and routes it to the internet through one of our servers. That changes the IP address the sites you visit see, and protects your traffic from anyone sharing a network with you.

We do not promise absolute anonymity: a VPN does not make you invisible, and what you do through it remains subject to the law. We do not promise 100 % availability, any particular speed, or that a specific third-party service will work through the VPN.

The number of servers and locations changes over time. The list published at valoravpn.com/network comes straight from our API and is what exists at any given moment: we do not advertise locations that do not exist.

03

Your account

Using the service requires an account with an email address and a password. The email is required: we send a code to it to verify it is yours, and it is the only way to recover access if you lose your password. You can also sign in with Apple or Google instead of a password.

You are responsible for your credentials and for what is done with your account. You can enable two-step verification in Settings. If we detect repeated failed sign-in attempts, we temporarily lock the account.

04

Devices and your plan limit

Each plan allows a number of simultaneously connected devices, stated on the pricing page. How that limit is enforced matters: if you register a new device while at the limit, the new one is ALWAYS accepted and your oldest device is automatically revoked. That device loses its session, its tunnel is closed, and it receives a notice explaining it was removed. You are not asked to choose which one to drop.

05

Plans, prices and payment

There is a permanent free plan and paid plans (Plus and Ultimate), in monthly and annual versions. All prices are in United States dollars (USD), and the ones that govern are those published at valoravpn.com/pricing at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes are added or itemised on the invoice.

By card, billing is a subscription handled by Stripe: it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We neither see nor store your card number.

In cryptocurrency we accept USDT on the TRC20 network, with 10 % off the list price, and the charge is a one-off payment per period that does not auto-renew. Note that our gateway adds approximately 2 % on top of the requested amount to cover network and processing fees: the amount you are asked to send is somewhat higher than the discounted price, and the exact figure is shown to you before you pay.

If you buy from the iPhone, iPad or Android app, the purchase is billed by Apple or Google under their own terms. In that case renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through that store, not here.

06

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep the service until that date and you are not charged again. We notify you before each renewal.

We refund a paid plan in full if you ask within 30 days of the charge, no questions asked. Card payments are refunded by the same route. USDT payments are refunded in USDT to an address you provide, less the network fee for the transfer. Purchases made inside the app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules.

07

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, to send spam, to attack third parties, or to defeat the security of systems that are not yours. Do not resell the service or share your account with an indeterminate number of people.

We may limit or cut connections that degrade the network for everyone else. To do that we look at volume and network-level abuse patterns; never the content of your traffic or where you connect to, because we do not record it.

08

The free plan

The free plan has fewer devices and fewer servers than the paid ones; the exact limits are on the pricing page. We may change it or stop offering it to new users. If a change makes what you were already using worse, we give you 90 days notice.

09

Changes to prices and to these terms

Any price increase or material change to these terms is announced 90 days in advance, by email and inside the app. If it does not suit you, you can cancel and we refund the proportional part of the time you have paid for and not used.

10

Termination

You can leave whenever you want and delete your account from the panel; section 07 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 07 of these terms or uses the service fraudulently, notifying you by email and inside the app unless the law requires otherwise.

11

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Nothing in this section limits the rights your country’s law grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived by contract.

12

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts are those of Pinellas County, Florida. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another territory whose consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings where you live, you keep that right.
