Sign in at valoravpn.com/sign-in, or open the Valora VPN app.
Leaving takes three taps.
You can delete your Valora VPN account yourself, from the website or from the app. You do not have to ask us for permission and you do not have to explain why.
Go to Account and choose "Delete account for ever".
Confirm with your password. That is the whole procedure — no need to write to anyone.
Your email address, replaced by a value that identifies nobody
Your password and your name
Your two-step verification secret
Every device, revoked, with its keys and its settings
Your tunnel sessions, which in any case are deleted after 30 days
Invoices already issued, for as long as accounting and tax rules require
Nothing else
The 30 days in between
When you confirm, the account is marked for deletion and stops working. It is anonymised for good 30 days later. Those 30 days exist so you can change your mind — write to us and we restore it — and so we can answer a payment dispute if one arrives. After that the account cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.
If you cannot get in
If you have lost access to your account, write to [email protected] from the address the account uses and we handle the deletion ourselves. We answer within the deadline set by the law that applies to you, which under the GDPR is one month.
Cancelling is not the same thing
Cancelling a paid plan stops the billing and leaves the account alive with the free plan. Deleting the account removes it. If you bought inside the iPhone, iPad or Android app, cancel the subscription in that store as well: deleting the account here does not cancel a subscription Apple or Google is billing.
